I was asked to do an extended family backyard photo session in Hampstead, NC during the 4th of July week, and the location was a backyard in Hampstead, North Carolina.   I was lucky enough to photograph this wonderful, fun-loving family which consisted of parents, three daughters and their families and aunts.  This home is gorgeous and sits on the intracoastal waterway in Hampstead, North Carolina.  As it was a holiday week, the mood was festive with lots of flags and some fireworks in the background.  I got to meet all the grand babies, five in all–with three just over one year old!  We were able to shoot in a variety of locations utilizing the pretty scenic backdrop of the waterway and other beautiful features of the home.  With extended family sessions, I like to get images of the whole extended family and then break down into individual families and then sibling photos and whatever else the family wants.   With this session, we got some beautiful group photos, individual family photos and some adorable photos of just the babies.  This group had a few rebel rousers that cut up during the extended family photos, but the pictures are hilarious and will be a wonderful memory of that fun extended family weekend.  If you have family coming into town and need a photographer to capture some priceless memories, please contact me!  I would love to create some beautiful family images for you to treasure.  Check out some of my other family images – https://sweetcphotography.net/gallery/couples-families/
